A refund review may be available for a duplicate payment, a provider-confirmed payment that was not credited, a technical failure that prevented delivery, an incorrect charged amount, or an item that became unavailable before access was delivered. Every case is checked against invoice, blockchain and delivery records.
Refund Policy
How requests involving digital delivery and cryptocurrency invoices are reviewed.
Refunds are not normally available because a sporting result differed from expectations, odds changed, profit was not achieved, the customer used a wrong wallet network, or the customer changed their mind after digital access was delivered. A user-caused account or wallet problem is also not normally refundable.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by the service. Network fees, exchange-rate movement and provider fees may be non-refundable. An approved refund is normally sent only to a verified source or agreed wallet and may differ in received fiat value because of network costs or market movement.
Contact official support with your username, order ID, invoice ID, payment time, wallet network and transaction hash. Screenshots may help, but never send a password, authenticator secret, private key or seed phrase. Requests are checked against provider and delivery records, and additional proof may be requested.
This policy does not remove consumer rights that apply under mandatory law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants stronger non-waivable rights, those rights prevail. Fraudulent claims, altered receipts and repeated duplicate requests may lead to account restriction.
